Meet Rebecca

Personally: 

Rebecca is a huge animals lover with 2 horses and 3 rescue dogs that spends her spare time caring for them. Rebecca loves to host BBQs, family gatherings, and always pulls the short straw and has to cook the Christmas dinner. 

Professionally: 

Rebecca started her career working for Events agencies after obtaining a degree in Events Management. She built strong connections across the industry and went on to work for a Malaysian entrepreneur managing an International Air Sports events and publishing company working with key organisations such as Red Bull Air Race and Federation Aeronautique Internationale. Within this role, she was responsible for spinning every plate providing executive support to the CEO and managing all operations. Unfortunately, the company came to an end and was dissolved but Rebecca continued to support the former CEO with other business ventures as a freelance Executive Assistant.   

She undertook a placement as an Executive Assistant for a local Social Housing company to support the newly appointed CEO and Executive team. Upon the return of the previous EA, Rebecca stayed on to support the Non Executive Board of Directors and expanded her skills into Governance and Internal audit whilst continuing to support in a traditional EA capacity.

After a while, Rebecca sought a new opportunity and fulfilled a role working for NHS Workforce Alliance / Crown Commercial Services establishing the Health Assurance Audit Programme whereby she became a specialist in NHS Recruitment Compliance. She was responsible for reviewing and setting the auditing criteria, supporting suppliers with the remediation of their audit outcomes, reviewing evidence and educating the suppliers on the required standards.  Rebecca's personal CV is available upon request.
