Ad Hoc Work

Hourly support is charged at £35 per hour between 9am and 6pm. Out-of-hours will be charged at a higher rate of £45 per hour.  Any On-site work will be charged at the Ad Hoc rate. 

Retainer Agreement

A retainer agreement of a minimum of 8 hours per month for a minimum period of 3 months is charged at a discounted rate of £30 per hour. On-site work cannot be included in the retainer agreement.  Any unused hours cannot be rolled over or refunded.
